Simpsons put on the style for Arkwright & Co

Brochures are one of the most important sales tools a company can have and following on from the rebrand of Arkwright & Co placing it as the go-to estate agency for across-the-board property sales in Saffron Walden, Simpsons Creative have added to the company’s marketing collateral with the production of a new property particulars folder and a 12 page corporate brochure.


The gate fold capacity folder incorporates a kiss cut flap to hold property particulars and the business card of Arkwright & Co; and make it an impressive presentation pack for its country homes and prestige home sales.

The folder has a dual purpose, it must be hardworking and informative, it has been finished with matt laminate to both sides to give it protection and the flaps cleverly designed to act as notice boards delivering important information about Saffron Walden to the reader.

The brief was to create a company brochure design that would communicate quickly and clearly the core messages of Arkwright and Co, both in Saffron Walden and London.  The stylish new brochure was printed onto a heavyweight stock which also gave a greater depth to the new photography and sharpness to the print.


Both the folder and the brochure follow the corporate identity created for the company by Simpsons Creative, which has been rolled out on the company’s website, business stationery, signage, for sale boards and other promotional materials.
