Property branding often involves the refurbishment of an existing building, and thus branding or rebranding is an essential first step to giving it prominence and relevance to the target market.
Even if the existing name is retained (recommended if it is well known and the associations are positive), the logo, typography and colourways are crucial to establishing a unique identity. Equally important is the roll out of the brand across all marketing collateral. Where appropriate, we will prepare corporate guidelines or a style guide to ensure it is implemented consistently.
A property branding agency that understands
Choosing a property branding agency that understands property but also how to approach a project strategically is key, especially now that the property sector faces a rapidly changing market.
We have worked with a variety of different property companies, so we have a detailed understanding of how to meet their needs and communicate the right message through the right marketing channels.
It’s our job to make sure your new branding gives you a strong identity in the property industry. From a high-end brochure pack to advertising, digital marketing and content creation, our team can assist at every step.
We offer a range of services that can help expand your branding. This includes property logo, signage, website, campaigns, social media, host brochure, floorplan brochures, magazines, business cards and third party leaflets, along with brand guidelines to assist with this and much more.
Not only that but we also provide onsite photography – including interactive 3D tours – as well as the use of CGI and content creation. We can then incorporate this into print and digital marketing, providing you with a targeted mix for your property marketing branding.
Digital marketing is crucial in any marketing strategy – without a digital presence, you become hard to find. Our services offer you limitless opportunities to engage with customers through digital technology. A fully responsive and flexible property marketing website and the use of social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, is essential to raise your profile and extend the reach to a targeted audience. Social media marketing is a great place to advertise, whether you are offering property schemes such as, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or outright sale homes.
We can assist with other digital services to boost your profile further, from videos and animation, property email marketing and digital media such as interactive PDF reports, presentations, interactive tours and digital advertising.

Property is a crowded field, so it’s our job to make sure we use every possible advantage to get the edge on your competitors. And like so many other industries new technology will give you that edge. Virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and AI are powerful technologies making a big impact in the industry.

In the commercial space, we have been responsible for brand identity development for a development in and around London, such as South Place Hotel and Weston House, Holborn. We have produced a range of marketing collateral for property clients, created brand guidelines for large scale developments and managed print production.
South Place Hotel
A full scale marketing project undertaken on behalf of Frogmore, a UK based estate fund management company, South Place Hotel is an 80-bedroom luxury boutique hotel straddling the City and the East End. Designed by Conran and Partners, it is cool, contemporary and elegant, a theme that, together with the fashionable neighbourhood and funky culture of the area, is reflected in our marketing, which includes web design and hosting, location photography, video production and the creation of an interactive PDF mailing.
Our marketing brief for this refurbished Sixties office building in High Holborn was to rebrand it a contemporary centre for media-based industries whilst preserving its identity as a City of London landmark in a sought-after location. Whilst retaining the recognised name, we created a new corporate identity that was then rolled out in terms of a web design, brochure, direct and indirect marketing, press advertising and internal signage.
