Earlier this year we were asked to brand and market Weston House, a landmark 7 storey office building in High Holborn WC1 and part of the project was to create and design two brochures. The purpose of the first brochure was to start the ball rolling by raising awareness amongst our clients primary target market. At this stage the building was undergoing a total facelift and refurbishment to bring into the 21st century with the associated modern office facilities and so the first brochure was primarily concept driven with CGI’s of how it would look.
With the work now complete our client has moved onto Phase 2 and asked us to produce a second brochure that focuses on the extensive refurbishment and the modern quality of the building. To capture this and key to the success of this project was the art direction and professional photography of the newly refurbished interior and exterior features, notably its very ultra-modern lobby and reception with very fashionable roof garden and mid-storey terraces that provide panoramic views over the City. To reinforce the prime location and it’s amenities we went out and did some on location photography of the local leisure and retail facilities.
To add to the quality and modern image of the Weston House offer the 24 page perfect bound brochure was printed on un-coated FSC paper giving it a smooth contemporary feel.
And to ensure continuity and consistency of the imagery across all marketing materials we have added the new internal photography to the website. We have amended the specification details to show the improvements and upgrading of the facilities in the development and to keep visitors to the website fully informed we have also highlighted the current availability of the different floors. It is important this is kept updated as potential occupiers can be directed to the website for the very latest information.
