Our client, new home sales recruitment specialist Maitland Selwyn’s strength is both the development of personnel through its recognised training and its understanding of the developers’ needs. The company’s aim is to provide candidates with the best support as a temp or whilst searching for a permanent position, and, provide the developer with the quality service that they expect.
As part of the corporate rebrand, we were asked to update and refresh the portfolio of literature used to promote their services to residential developers as well as inviting sales people – new or experienced – to enrol on their specialist new home salesmanship and refresher courses.
A series of four corporate brochures were produced using the same branding guidelines as the company’s recently redesigned website (another Simpsons project) and emphasising the company’s customer focus, as well as the expertise of their sales teams and the quality of their training.
Alongside the main brochure, which outlines the company’s service offer to developers, we produced 6-page, DL-sized mailers with reply paid cards, highlighting the “refer a friend” service and general information for candidates.
