Juniper Real Estate is celebrating ten years in business and they came to us for help on designing their 10th-anniversary logo.
They are a niche consultancy based in Cambridge, providing commercial property advice throughout the South East and London. Set up by two directors, Jamie Green and Mike Ayton, they work with investors, developers and occupiers. Juniper offers 3 distinct services, Property Disposal, Property Acquisition and Investment and Development Consultancy.
Here’s what they had to say: ’10 years on and the Cambridge property market has proved remarkably resilient. Prime office rents have broken through the £40 “barrier”, the south Cambridge biotech cluster is a powerhouse of innovation and drug discovery, while the Cambridge Science Park, arguably the founding stone of the Cambridge Phenomenon, is being transformed with new phases of development. Through all of this, Juniper continues to grow its business with existing and new clients and we don’t know what the next ten years will bring, but we can promise the same level of commitment and service that has come to define our business and reputation. We are lucky enough to work closely with Juniper since they started 10 years ago and when we knew it was their 10th anniversary we knew we wanted to make a visual impact on their website. We kept the design in keeping with their brand guidelines and colour-scheme.
