Simpsons ‘card trick’ for Lambert Smith Hampton


Lambert Smith Hampton has the largest dedicated team of commercial shed specialists in the M1 corridor.

Their marketing communications department at Lambert Smith Hampton asked if we could create a giveaway for their Eastern Region industrial logistics team to hand out at a forthcoming event.  The handout needed to include all of the team’s contact details alongside their photo.

Various creative routes were put forward to the client including binding the cards together into a booklet or a concertina fold strip, and creating a swatch that fans out into a deck of business cards similar to those used for fabric and paint samples.

The client chose fan-out swatch had the most professional feel and was preferable for the team to give out as individual business cards.

To accompany the business card giveaway for the ‘Meet the Team’ event we designed two banner-up stands. The brief was to promote LSH as shed specialists whilst sticking to brand guidelines and featuring the LSH logo and EGi award winners logo. We used strong industrial imagery to back-up the quotes illustrating the continuing success of the team along the M1 corridor and in the wider eastern region.

The client was delighted with the results, both of which offered a creative solution  to the brief whilst adhering strictly to LSH’s company guidelines.
